Villa Olea has been built in 1998. With rooms rental we begin in 1999. Already in our first business year at tourist categorization we fulfill all of legal tourist conditions to earn the highest 1st category of accommodation, 3***, which is, according to Croatian laws, maximum for private accommodation in tourist object with capacity up to 10 rooms. In the year 2002 and 2003 we are recognized as the best private accommodation on the Island of Pag.

As a hotel, Villa Olea is momentarily open only throughout summer season in the period from May to September.

Villa Olea is located at the southern entrance to Šimuni (first entrance to Šimuni from the City of Pag or second entrance coming from Novalja), in the green woods and air filled with the sea fragrance. In Villa Olea You can find six rooms offering various types of accommodation, reception, a room for gatherings/dining (where the breakfast is served), terrace with the barbecue spot, small playground and a parking lot in shade for the visitors' vehicles. At the reception there is a possibility to use phone, fax, and Internet connection.

The local tourist board and a shop are 30 m away. The beach is only 50 m away. Nearby are a small Chapel of St. Nicholas, fishermen's patron, and an old graveyard.
